InactiveDecember 9, 2012 at 9:07 pmPost count: 11I have a PLM2412UH from Smartlabs and an EZIO40 load controller which I just installed on my insteon network. I downloaded the most recent version of your software and attempted to configure my ezio. The software sees my PLM and is connected on Serial port Com 3. But when attempting to connect to the EZIO it fails after 4 tries. Insteon support ask me to check and see if the device can be seen with their software, which it does. (I understand that their software can not control it. That’s not my issue). Is there something else I need to do or buy?

What is displayed on the bottom line left side after connecting to PLM?
Go to the Insteon Traffic tab, check the Trace PLC/PLM Raw box. Attempt to connect to EZIO4O. Post the Insteon Traffic tab

The first posted image and the second posted image are from two different SHN Utility versions. I am concerned that parts of two different SHN Utilities exist on the system. I suggest deleting all SHN files, download and install a fresh copy.

Was a fresh download done after erasing all existing SHN files/directories? Were there any errors during UnZip?
What operating system is being used and it is 32 or 64 bit?
Version 2.02e is in use by various folks so I don’t think the problem is the basic code. Something is unique about the environment.

Have to find what is unique to the environment the SHN Utility is being used in. OS, 32 64 bit, fresh download

The initial post shows the first screen displaying v2.0. Does the first screen still show v2.0
