Just tried to install SHNU v1.81 but it doesn’t see my PLC, then I remembered I needed to install the SmartHomeDeviceManager too.
When I attempt to install 3-308, or 3-325 (which was my prior version) I always get an installer error message. . .
“Cannot prepare main package. Probably corrupted package, incorrect TMP/TEMP variables or there is no execute permission for temporary folder.”
To the best of my knowledge none of those should be true. I have redownloaded both DvcMngr aps twice with no install success. I am the Administrator for the XP machine I am attempting to install on.
Any clues, what’s happening?
