Hello there Darrelde,
The messenger in the iSmartenit app was used to input your email server account information so you could set up an account to email or text you messages from.
In the Wizards view you can add a the Messenger as an effect to send you an email or text message when a Wizard’s condition is triggered. As of recently, however, this configuration is no longer needed as the Messenger in the effects uses a php mailer.
So…you can ignore the Messenger in the devices list for now, and it will be removed in the next revision of the application.
