    I have a Insteon Portable USB Adapter (model 2448A7) plugged into my PC. When I run SHN Utility Suite, I select PLM and it says it’s connected, but when I go to EZIOxxx tab and enter ezio2x4 and Insteon address it will not connect.

    Any ideas what I’m doing wrong.

    Sorry for this post. The problem was that my usb PLM was out of range for the Access point. Everything works correctly now.
