First off let me say the EZUIRT is a lot better than the IRLinc. No problem accepting all of my IR codes and very reliable, can’t say the same about IRLinc. Ok, what I am trying to do is this. I have a 8 button keypadlinc and one of the buttons says watch movie. What I want when I press this button is for my media room lights to dim on, the tv turn on, receiver on, media center on, etc. I plugged in some IR emitters that came with my Pronto into the EZUIRT, and they seem to fit fine. I started programming the scene manually into the kepadlinc (is it better to do this than through software?), the lights work fine, but none of the av components work. So how should I troubleshoot this. Could it be the emitters? Is the EZUIRT working correctly and sending out IR commands, how could I test that?
Also the EZUIRT would not recognize the IR command from my media center remote that came with the xbox 360. Any advice?
