    I am running on vista, ezrain config 32907, firmware 20

    I have SDM3:
    DM=active,1.01.138.308,6/9/2007 2:33:24 PM,responded,08.A4.3A,2.13,xdevices=True

    From the beginning I have had trouble with reliable connection to the EZrain. To test, I have them both plugged into the same power strip and I still can never have a ‘get all’ complete successfully – I get the busy bar and it finally stops updating – the LEDs on the EZRain and PLC stop blinking.

    I haven’t found any log files that might explain anything (for either the SDM or ezrain).

    The PLC seems to be functioning correctly – I am also using it via Mcontrol to manage other Insteon devices..

    Any ideas why?

    There was a message in the Smarthome forums from someone reporting SDM3 and Vista didn’t work together correctly. No replies yet from Smarthome so idon’t know if it was just in their case or the general rule.

    How does MControl function in regards to the EZRain comm? What about other Insteon devices?
