Anyone else having the following problem?
I seemed to have maxed out the number of timers I can add at 8. So, after entering my 9th timer and clicking save, the screen refreshes and nothing is added to the dropdown. I have even attempted to edit existing timers and I get the same response, screen refreshes and nothing changes.
I have tried on Firefox and IE, XP and Vista. No difference. I have also tried restarting the EZServe.
Thanks for your help.

AnonymousInactiveJune 14, 2008 at 11:48 amPost count: 11I upgraded to 1.51 as soon as I received the EZServe last week, before making any additions.
Clearing everything that I already set-up does not sound very interesting at this point.
Is there a way to directly edit the EZServe database?
AnonymousInactiveJune 14, 2008 at 2:24 pmPost count: 1001There is a section on Server Administration in the EZSrve Operating Guide (page 2) which describes the process of off loading and uploading the data files. I have not done a line by line comparison between 1.50 and 1.51. At 1.50, the first line of timer and macro xml files had v1 as the only text. Line 2 started the normal xml constructs. That v1 text line is not in the 1.51 files. No idea if that would make a difference. Also, I had 22 timers defined in 1.50 testing some Sunset+ variations so there is support for many timers. They also recommend clearing the IE cache at the install of a new image. With your testing of so many different environments and platforms that would seem less likely a solution.

I have had during testing 150 timers at one time, triggering every minute. Please send us an email at support@simplehomenet.com and we will determine what is going on.

I emailed you this past Monday. No reply, yet.
AnonymousInactiveJune 19, 2008 at 8:38 pmPost count: 408I have sent you an email just now. I am VERY sorry for the delay in support, we are tightening things up, and will do our best not to let such a delay happen again.
AnonymousInactiveJune 27, 2008 at 5:20 pmPost count: 408The timer issue was resolved via email communication with the customer.
“It looks like I got things working. I moved one of my access points around until I was able to use EZServe.”
The root cause was Insteon Network communication.
