Would you be able to send us the logs? The path is: /var/log/zbp

EZIComm that we sell is Dual Band, so it should be able to communicate with RF only Insteon Devices. So we maybe able to check what’s going on from the logs. To answer your question, yes we identify the devices based on their insteon id.
