    How do you do a factory reset on the EZFlora?

    I did a reset of EZFlora by unplugging the device for at least 5 seconds, then plugging the device back in while holding down the set button for at least 5 seconds. I then used the utility to confirm that all the run times had been reset to 30 minutes, so appears a factory reset happened as planned.

    But there are 5 link records still there. Does factory reset not wipe clean all previous link records?
