I have found that the leak ropes are much better than the small waster sesor offered. They can be pretty expensive but are much better because the small area that the sesor currently monitors is not big enough and the water never seams to leak on/under it. With the leak ropes you can cover a much larger area.

Also a floater that measures water levels would be great for water irrigation and ponds.
