i have 3 EZRain units controlling my sprinklers… recently one of the units (V1 #5010A Rev 1.5) started tripping my GPF breaker ❓ … i noticed that there are 2 heat deformations on the plug-in side of the unit….

    any suggestions?

I would call Simplehomenet and see what they think.
Heat deformations on the plastic case indicates to me a failure in the module. One that is tripping the GPF breaker.

FWIW I recently had this same problem though without the heat deformations; in my case the root cause was the transformer that I got from smarthome with my ezrain. I know have a second ezflora and I power both of them with the ‘bundled’ transfomer from simplehomenet
