Groups only apply to Insteon devices.

What are you hoping to accomplish? Are you looking for a single action to trigger an X10 scene?

I didn’t see a response to this question. I am trying to do the same. Right now I only have 30 X10 devices so this isn’t a HUGE problem but if I want things to be a bit more complex or add a few more devices this will become a headache. Oh, and the real trouble is that I have to create both ON and OFF macros. So a single X10 Scene with 12 items would require 24 Macros.

HUGE enhancement. This would be great.

Another option I would like would be to allow a user to add one or more items to the triggered items list. This is a bit more granular but the benefit is that I would not have to create a large number of “sub-ares”. For example:

AREA: Great Room
SUB-AREA: GR Lights
SUB-AREA: GR Outlets
SUB-AREA: GR Fan

Instead I could say,
IF M01=ON THEN
DESK LIGHT=ON,Delay=0
PLANT OUTLET=ON,Delay=1
FAN LIGHT=ON,Delay=2
FAN LIGHT=DIM,Delay=3
ENDIF

Without this granular control I would have to turn ON all lights in the Great Room Area and then create a event/macro to turn off the ones I don’t want (only 2 of them).

BTW: It would be helpful if this was for Timers, Events, and Macros. That way I could do the same there.
