Looking forward very much to a set of pool controls, especially 220VAC relays for pumps!

I would also like to see 220v devices. For me, a relay could possibly work, but I need this for an Air Conditioner, and a simple ApplianceLinc kind of device would more than meet my needs.

We have a 30A relay module in the works that should be available very shortly (30 days or so). It can switch both legs of a 220V 2-phase circuit and both NC and NO contacts are available. It will work identically to the Smarthome ApplianceLinc module. Would this do?

I currently use an X10 Appliance module (Smarthome #2021). There is also a Leviton wire-in version (Smarthome #2242I). Is your unit similar to either of these devices or is it more on the line of an EZIOx?

If it is like either the 2021 or 2242I, would the plug format be the same? If so, it would be perfect replacement for me, even though I only need a 20A device.

    Thanks,
    George

The module is functionally simlar to the ApplianceLinc – Not at all like an EZIOxx. 30 amp capability, terminal barrier for connections (not a plug) up to 10 ga. wire. Very heavy duty but very small form factor. Curretly in the Safety testing process.

Thank you for the information. A plug-in would have been an easier solution for my A/C control, but it does sound like it will be the best Insteon 220v device currently available. I look forward to checking it out when it is released.

    Thanks,
    George.

The 30A relay module is now shipping.
It has 2 relays available as NC and NO. It can switch 220V 2-phase.
