    Using the EZRain Configuration Utility, I have the following problem…

    No matter what I set the timer value to for Zone 2 in Program 3, it reads back as the same value set for Zone 3 in Program 3. Zone 8 in Program 3 appears to have similar quirks in that it reads back differently. No other sprinkler Programs seem to have this problem.

    I’ve reset the unit, and the problem persists.

    The stickers on the back claim Ver 1.0 and PLM FIRM 2.3.

    Should I return this unit?

    We had a bug in the free utility that showed this failure. What version of the EZRain utility are you running? Make sure to download the latest from our download site.

    Sorry for the delay in responding to you.

    We found the bug in the utility – it is not an error in the EZRain module. We will be updating and releasing a new utility shortly. Expect the release on Monday of next week.

    Does anyone know if the new version is available yet? I want to ensure I have the most up to date version if possible.

    The new version is ready. We will not be able to update the website until later this week. However, if anybody would like the frame now, please email me and I will be happy to send you the new version via email. The only change is the Zone 2 Program 3 bug fix.
