    Turning devices on/off works fine – but not Wizards. I have worked through what I have found on the forums regarding others problems (code, plug location, etc) and none have resolved my problem. I have 3 dirt simple wizards set up for diagnostic purposes. So far my diagnosis is what I am doing does not work. Today is Mar 12.

    First enabled Wizard reads:
    When:
    At 2:40 Every Day, next on 12 Mar 2015
    Do this:
    Turn On Testing Chime

    This is just an X10 chime which I can trigger on a tablet, phone or PC, but 2:40 came and went (like so many times before it) and no chime again. There is another Wizard Identical except 2 minutes later and with a 1 second delay. Same non-results.

    Last enabled Wizard reads:
    When:
    At 2:41 Every Day, next on 12 Mar 2015
    Do this:
    Change Dimmer to 50% on New GE LED Bulb

    This is a ZigBee GE link bulb (and yes the bulb/lamp is turned on) which I can trigger on a tablet, phone or PC, and as above 2:41 goes by and nothing happens.

    Do you see a problem with these Wizards? Have I failed to understand something about how this should work?

    Troubleshooting steps:
    1. Do you have the latest version 1.25 ?
    — Open Smartenit App. Then go to the view where you see the IP addresses. Click on the i button on top right.
    2. Is the Harmony Gateway connected to internet?
    — Open Smartenit App. Then go to the view where you see the IP addresses. Click on Location button
    — Check if Sunset/Sunrise/Current Times are correct.

    If the answer to the above questions is Yes, and the wizards are still not working, then please give us a call at (949)429-3303.
