    Please uninstall the App and then install the new version.

    The reason is that the previous version of the App was not signed with CA certificate, and the latest version is CA certified.

    Will I lose my current settings when I re-install to the new version? I’m hoping not as this will be a lot of work to get everything back as it is now.

    If you use the my.smartenit Account to sync your gateways, then all you have to do is sign in.

    I’ve got rainbee16 and ezflora zones renamed to location descriptions and have some custom device icons and area images. So I assume I’ll have to rebuild these. 😥

    Will updates going forward all be certificate based and not require this un/re-install?

    You may have to reconfigure the EZFlora names. Everything else is stored on either the device, or the Gateway or the Cloud.

    Yes, all future Desktop App releases will be certificate based.
