The EZSrve stopped working while I was out of town for a week. When I returned home I noticed the timed events were not working and when accessing the EZSrve I received the following error: “PLM Error: Please Check Device/PLM Connection”. The LED was not lit on the unit. After removing the EZSrve from the wall and re-installing it, everything is fine.
What could have caused it to stop?

Would you mind sending me your XML files, and we will investigate this ASAP. I am not sure why it hung up over the weekend, but clearly that is not acceptable.
