I have a problem that appears to only affect my iPad. I do not experience these problems on my iPhone or in my web browser (Safari or Firefox). Can you please let me know if this is a common issue and whether a fix is coming or is something that I can do to fix it? Thanks.
Issue #1 – “Keep me logged in” doesn’t work
On my iPhone when I go into the application it remembers by Email and Password and I don’t have to keep re-authenticating. On the iPad this does not happen. So every time I open the app I have to log back in.
Issue #2 – Occasionally the iPad does not authenticate
Every 2-3 days my iPad won’t authenticate to the gateway. It connects to it and keeps cycling between the local connection and the cloud connection. There is nothing that I can do about it. I have to wait an hour or so and try again, sometimes it works sometimes I have to wait until the next day. I can immediately get on my iPhone and access the gateway without any problems.AnonymousInactiveDecember 16, 2013 at 8:02 pmPost count: 259
Are you sure the iPad App is updated to the latest version. I tried it several times during the weekend and was not able to duplicate either of the issues.
Can you send me your iPad information? Click on the info icon on the top right (when in settings view), it should tell you the App Version adn the iPad version.
