Why would I get the following message when attempting to log-in to Harmony? “Server not responding. Please try again later.”
I am able to connect to the EZSrve by typing the URL into a browser and logging in.
That message indicates the IP address entered into the Server URL field did not respond on port 8002.
I’ve seen this occasionally. If I recall correctly, in those instances the SHN Utility failed to connect too (I’m pretty sure it uses the 8002 port as well). Restarting the EZSrve solves the problem.
Unfortunately, I haven’t seen it enough to be able to reproduce it.
