I try to log into my Harmony Gateway both locally and remotely from either iPhone, iPad, or Web Browser and frequently (2-3 times a day) I get a message stating that the connection was successful, and then tries to authenticate. It loops between “Trying local connection” and “Trying cloud connection” attempts a few times before returning a message “Authentication error, please verify your settings and try again.”.
I have tried restarting the device but that doesn’t seem to solve the problem. The only thing that is interesting is that appears to happen in the evenings more frequently than during the days. Could it be that some of the Wizards/Scenes are causing problems?
Do you have a Wizard to Deactivate a Scene? I recently found a bug that causes the Gateway to reset in that condition, I’m very close to fixing that bug. Try disabling that Wizard to see if you continue having problems.
