Sorry for the late reply. If you are still having issue’s, try the troubleshooting steps below:
— Make sure you have the Gateway in Discovery Mode.
— Make sure you have Factory Reset the ZigBee device correctly.
— Make sure the Gateway device appears in the iSmartenit App.
If you followed above steps and the device still does not join, then feel free to email the logs (/var/log/zbp/) to firstname.lastname@example.org
