Troubleshooting steps:
1. Do you have the latest version 1.25 ?
— Open Smartenit App. Then go to the view where you see the IP addresses. Click on the i button on top right.
2. Is the Harmony Gateway connected to internet?
— Open Smartenit App. Then go to the view where you see the IP addresses. Click on Location button
— Check if Sunset/Sunrise/Current Times are correct.

If the answer to the above questions is Yes, and the wizards are still not working, then please give us a call at (949)429-3303.
