Hello David,

When you register your gateway with or discover your gateway while logged into your account on, the gateway will be associated to your account.

There are currently no gateways on your account, so what you should do is log in to the app @, then either discover your gateway automatically or enter it manually by clicking the “+” from the connections menu (you get to that menu by clicking the icon with the two plugs and sprocket wheel.

Give us a call if you aren’t able to get this working so we can walk you through it.
