The “Server not responding” message indicates your EZSrve did not respond to the request


Since this is not an external network request, that is, the Flash client is actually running on your local system trying to connect to that IP address on the LAN, you might try assigning a local DHCP based IP address known only on your local LAN and see if that works any better.

EDIT: note that the HTML interface uses port 80; the Flash client uses port 8002. There could be a firewall/router configuration issue that is not allowing port 8002 connections.
