Good points. When this happened with the PowerLinc it would be completely dead and not respond to the USB interface, so I assumed the same with the EZServe and did not check the Web interface. Next time it happens I will try to get into the Web interface and report back. The way the weather has been here I suspect it will happen in the next couple of days.
