“Thanks to Dan Noiseaux of Canada, we’ve been able to identify a mechanism where the EZIO8SA is actually rebooting after it sends a group command depending on how many links it has and the timing of the PLM ack message. This is the behavior you are reporting. Please call or write for an RMA and we’ll upgrade your units on an emergency basis.”
